Rooms actually are very comfortable serviced small apartments, equipped with a fully furnished kitchen, air conditioning and heating, sofa-bed, and safe. Most of the apartments are with a view to Mediterranean Sea, the hotel being located very near the coastline.

Because of the influence of the Mediterranean Sea, in winter mild temperatures characterize Costa del Sol, where the hotel is located, and in summer weather is not very hot. Particularly by the time of the Conference (April), temperatures are expected to be very mild, nearly summerlike.
